There are several reasons that data may not be showing up in MRG -- this list is not exhaustive, but includes some of the more common issues that could cause this problem:
- Internet connection: your internet connection isn't consistently the same speed, so sometimes you can have down times that prevents data from reaching your browser. You can try resetting your router and/or waiting for the connection to resume normal operation.
- Filters on the sales dashboard: if you have a filter like "Current Day", "Current Week", or "Current Month" selected, this will filter out the sales that don't fall in that time range. Double check what setting you have applied at the top of the sales dashboard.
- VPN/Security Software: both will frequently interfere with websites' ability to send information to your browser. If you're having issues with getting data to MRG, and you have one of these services enabled, try disabling to see if that resolves the issue.
- It's possible your browser zoom is up too high -- if you can see a count of items in the bottom right of the data table, but can't see data, then try reducing your browser zoom.
- You may need to clear your cache and cookies. To do this on Chrome, follow these instructions: Clear cache & cookies - Computer - Google Account Help
