When I try to upload the template file, the file is grayed out. How can I upload the file?

MRG only supports csv files. If you save the file as a csv, you'll be able to upload it.

If you're a Mac user and use Numbers, you may run into some issues because Numbers tends to mess up csv formatting. If you're having trouble getting it uploaded, feel free to send us the csv and we'll help you out!
