During bulk edit, received the error: "Invalid Opening Quote: a quote is found inside a field at line 28"

This error can occur when you have items with quotation marks in the title. Basically, quotation marks don't play nicely with formatting for CSV files so when you download your data, a single quotation mark (") shows as a double quotation mark (""). The double quotation mark causes the error message.

To resolve the error, use the find and replace feature in a spreadsheet software (In Excel for windows, the shortcut is "Ctl + H"). Set the options like the image shows below and click "Replace All".

This will find all the double quotations ("") and replace them with single quotations ("). Save your file and try to upload again, the "Invalid Opening Quote" error will be resolved.
