How do I record a partial shipping refund that is pulled in via the daily eBay integration?

Partial shipping refunds get pulled in by the daily eBay integration and are matched to sales. You'll be prompted to review your refunds by a notification that says "Click here to review new returns/refunds/cancellations.”

Make sure that you've finished entering any details on the sale that you want to enter (this includes matching the sale to inventory if you track inventory). If you want to look at the sale, click the "Go to Sale" button at the bottom of the "Confirm Refund Details" form:

Finalize the refund by selecting "Yes" for the first question, "No" for the second question, and clicking "Confirm".

Since eBay lumps refunds, partial refunds, and returns into one category on their reports, it's easier to do the same if you want to compare MRG to eBay.
