Most likely, your sale platform integration hasn't been turned on -- to do this, click “Integrations" and check the “Daily Integration – Sales and Fees” box on the integration line.
It's also possible the integration needs to be reconnected. Check your notifications to see if there's one saying "My Reseller Genie has stopped syncing with your [account name] account. Click here to restore the connection." If you click on this, it will prompt you to sign back in. This will happen periodically because platforms want to make sure you still give permission to My Reseller Genie to pull your data.
