You'll only need to be wary of this for the first 2 days of using the integration -- just watch the sales that are being pulled in and if you've already recorded them, you can delete them from the import.
I just upgraded to Ultimate so I can use the daily eBay integration, how do I ensure I don't get duplicate sales?
