The following steps can help you reconcile to eBay numbers:
- Run a Platform Transactions report in MRG
- Go to eBay, click "Payments" and then click "Reports" and set your time filter to match the report in MRG
- Compare the eBay totals to the MRG totals
- If you have a difference, you can download a detail of both to identify information differences
One helpful technique is to sort by date and then total up amounts between the same date range in each data set. If they are the same, then you know that your difference is not in that date range. You can keep using that technique to narrow things down.
If you find a discrepancy, change the numbers in MRG to make them match what is in eBay (in other words -- match to the source data).
