How to enter mileage

Click the “Add Transaction” button on the left menu.

There are two general ledger accounts for mileage, "Sourcing Mileage" and "Non-Sourcing Mileage". For both, you will enter the number of miles you've driven and it will calculate the expense for you based on the IRS standard deduction for the date you enter:
