On the upper right of each data table, you can see a box to search for items.
My Reseller Genie will search every field for every item that matches the typed value. The matching items will appear in the table. This is a quick way to search for items, but may not be as precise of a search as you'd like.
If you want to search with a more selective technique, you can filter for a group of items using the filter function on the tables. Let's say you want to see items that sold on Poshmark and have the brand of "Zara". You could apply two filters to the sales detail to achieve this result. You would do the following:
- Navigate to the sales detail and click "Filters"
- Change the Columns to "Brand", Operators to "Contains" and Value to "Zara"
- Click the "+ Add filter" button to add another filter
- Change the Columns to "Sale Platform", Operators to "Contains" and Value to "Poshmark"
The result will look like this picture and only the sales matching those filters will be included in the sale detail:
**Bonus: if you are on the "Sales Analytics" dashboard, there is an "Advanced Analytics" toggle that displays the sale detail below the charts. Filtering these sales will update the charts with any filters you apply to the sales, so if you are on the Premium or Ultimate plans, you can use this to dig into your data. (If you are on the Basic subscription and would like access to sales analytics, learn how to upgrade your account here.)
**Caution: if you have time filters applied at the top of the sales page, these will also be applied to your data.
