If MRG is feeling sluggish — slow to load or lagging during searches — a few simple adjustments can make a big difference. These tips are especially useful for high-volume sellers.
Improving Load Time and Navigation
Mark your transactions as reviewed
Staying on top of your review queue helps keep load times down. To mark transactions as reviewed:
- Click the notifications bell icon.
- Click the notification that says "Click here to review new transactions."
- Use the Approve All button to approve your unreviewed transactions.
Review new sales
- Click the notifications bell icon.
- Click the notification that says "Click here to review new sales."
- Follow the guidance in Daily Use: Ultimate Subscription based on how you account for inventory.
Review new refunds
- Click the notifications bell icon.
- Click the notification that says "Click here to review new returns/refunds/cancellations."
- For each refund, answer the questions MRG asks and click Confirm.
Adjust your Start Date
The further back your Start Date is set, the more data MRG has to load. Bringing it forward — for example, to the current month instead of the current year, or the current year instead of January of the prior year — can noticeably cut down load time.
- Dashboard: Go to the Dashboard tab and set the date using either the pre-populated time periods (ex. Current week, Current month) or the Start Date input when you select the "Custom" button.
- Transaction Details: Go to the Transaction Details tab and do the same.
Improving Search and Filter Speed
Narrow your date range first
The biggest lever for faster searches is limiting the time range. Fewer transactions in the table means faster results — start here.
Use the Filters button
The Filters button is slightly faster than the quick filter bar. That said, narrowing your date range will have more impact.
