How to Get Started - Pt 3/3: Learn about Continuous eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and Whatnot Integration

If you signed up for our Ultimate plan, you have access to our continuous eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and Whatnot integration features. This means that after you complete the setup process in pt 1 of "How to Get Started", you can pull NEW listings, sales, refunds, and fees directly from eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and Whatnot (Whatnot doesn't pull listings) on a daily basis, instead of manually adding each item. Follow these simple steps to ensure the integrations are set up:

1. Click "Integrations"
2. Make sure the boxes on the "eBay", "Poshmark", "Mercari", and/or "Whatnot" lines are checked for “Daily Integration – Sales and Fees”
3. If you track inventory, make sure only one of the “Daily Integration – Inventory” boxes are checked to prevent duplicate listings importing

Please note: Once you have connected your sales platform accounts, your new listings and transactions will automatically pull every 24 hours; you can also manually pull data by clicking the refresh icon on the platform's line of the "Integrations" menu. When refreshed, the integration will pull data from yesterday through the present time.
