Do I need to wait until the end of this month to upgrade or can I upgrade now?

If you upgrade now, you will only be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of the month; you won't be paying extra to upgrade now.

You can upgrade your account by clicking the gear icon in the upper right of the screen, then "Manage Subscription". This will allow you to go to the customer portal where you can modify your subscription anytime.
